INTEGRITY

We appreciate the fact that integrity establishes trust, and thus an environment is created where reliance on our word is established. It is therefore appropriate that Integrity sets the foundation of all that we say and do. We align our actions with our words, and deliver what we promise. We are respectful and behave in an open and honest manner. The ethical performance of all who work for the Company must be consistent with the envisaged reputation of Xtreme Properties 24 and Auctioneers. Principles in action:
We are diligent and responsible in all that we do. We promise only what we can reasonably be expected to deliver. We earnestly strive to keep our commitments. We respect and contribute to the legitimate and ethical objectives of the Company. All those with whom we partner, our fellow employees and the communities we empower, must be able to trust what we say and to believe that we will always keep our word.
We disclose any interests or circumstances which can be construed as risking a conflict of interests. We engage in activities that will not create, or even appear to create, conflict between our personal interests and the interests of the Company. Situations where a personal interest or family or other relationship makes it difficult for an individual to represent the Company fully and fairly will not be tolerated. We enter into business relationships that do not or may not obligate or appear to obligate us to act in any way contrary to the Law, our business interests or our Code of Conduct.
We believe that fair competition is the basis of a free society, and is thus fundamental to our Code of Conduct. In relationships with our peers, our business partners and with our clients, we cultivate arrangements that foster this principle and do not restrict our ability to compete with others. We avoid any arrangement, understanding or agreement with business partners and / or competitors affecting a fair procurement process with Tenders or Contracts and ensure that both are managed to the highest standards.
The integrity of our financial reports and accounting records is based on validity, accuracy, completeness and timeliness of information. We ensure that every accounting or financial entry accurately reflects what is described by the supporting information. We expect employees involved in creating, processing or recording such information to be personally responsible for integrity.
We communicate with each other in a respectful and fair manner, bearing in mind the “Win - Win” principle. We maintain effective communication with all parties by supplying appropriate documentation and reports. We accept only information which is within the competence of Xtreme Properties 24 and Auctioneers and for which suitable resources are available in an acceptable time frame.

We follow the principle that an individual’s contribution can only be fully realised in an atmosphere where respect, trust and dignity flourish. We refrain from disparagement of other parties in the Industry, recognising that such behaviour is contrary to our Code of Conduct and is damaging to the reputation of the entire Industry. We believe in an environment free of harassment and intimidation.
We recognise that a productive, motivated work force is dependent on fair and equitable treatment of all who work together. This is a key factor in building and maintaining relationships at Xtreme Properties 24 and Auctioneers. We select employees and partners on the basis of their qualifications and competence for the work to be performed – without regard to race, religion, national origin, colour, gender, sexual orientation, age and/or physical or mental disability. We support and obey Legislation that prohibits unfair discrimination wherever we do business.
Collaboration between parties, each with their own goals and vision, is essential. For the whole to be more than the sum of its parts, each part makes an effort to understand the whole.

This includes technology, business information and intellectual capital. We will ensure that trade secrets or other sensitive or confidential information belonging to the Company, our clients and our business partners will be treated with the utmost respect and confidentiality. We ensure that appropriate controls are in place to protect the interests of the Company when sharing Company information. We also ensure that the appropriate controls are in place when hiring individuals who have specialised knowledge and experience in various technical areas. We exercise personal responsibility to use every appropriate means to safeguard Company assets and information from loss, theft, damage or misuse.
Use of the Company’s access to information technology is limited to legitimate business activities in order to guarantee a positive, professional business climate. We use such technology in a responsible and professional manner consistent with our Code of Conduct and other Company policies.
